When Safety Lands on Someone Who Already Has A Full-Time Job

In many organizations, safety ends up owned by someone who already has a full-time role, operations, HR, facilities, or management. They care about their people, but safety competes with production, hiring, budgets, and everything else on their plate.

The result is predictable:

  • Hazards go unnoticed or unaddressed.
  • Safety programs exist on paper, not in practice.
  • Corrective actions fall through the cracks.
  • Leadership doesn't have clear visibility into risk.

Most companies don't need a full-time safety manager, but they do need consistent safety leadership. That's where a safety partner makes all the difference.

The Forward Safety Partner Program

The Forward Safety Partner Program is a monthly, on-site safety partnership designed for companies without dedicated safety staff.

Instead of reacting to incidents or citations, we proactively identify risk, track corrective actions, and provide practical safety guidance, month after month.

Think of it as a fractional safety manager, without the cost or commitment of a full-time hire.

What's Included: $2,000/Month

Initial Site Safety Assessment - complimentary for local companies and offered on a limited basis.

  • Walk-through of the facility to identify potential safety hazards
  • Evaluation of hazards based on exposure frequency, likelihood of occurrence, and potential severity
  • Documentation of findings with photos when applicable
  • Recommended corrective actions for identified hazards
  • Review existing safety programs and practices through targeted questions to identify additional gaps or concerns.

Before we leave you receive:

  • A copy of the site assessment workbook
  • A prioritized list of identified hazards
  • Clear guidance on what should be addressed first, based on risk

Monthly On-Site Safety Visit

One scheduled visit each month for hazard identification, observations, and corrective action review

Quarterly Program Reviews

Each quarter, we conduct a focused review of a key safety topic identified through your initial assessment or ongoing site visits. This review evaluates written programs, documentation, inspections, and training records to ensure requirements are being met and gaps are addressed with clear, practical recommendations.

We identify risks and help you understand which issues require immediate attention

Corrective Action Tracking

Documentation, assignment, and status tracking of all identified hazards (open, in progress, closed)

What You Get

With the Safety Partner Program, you get reduced risk exposure, clear visibility into safety issues and progress, confidence that critical risks aren't being missed, and time back for leadership to focus on their actual role.

Safety stops being reactive and starts being managed.

Is This Right for Your Company?

The Safety Partner Program is designed for:

Company Profile:

  • Manufacturing, warehousing, or construction operations
  • No in-house safety manager
  • Real safety risks that require professional oversight

You're likely an operations manager, plant manager, facilities manager, HR manager, or owner who currently owns safety on top of your actual job. You're competent and care about your team, but you're out of time and out of depth when it comes to safety systems, inspections, and compliance.

You need someone you can trust to partner with you and your team to own the safety process, flag real risks, and keep you and your team safe and out of trouble.

Add-On Services (Available at 10% Partner Discount)

How It Works:

When needs outside the monthly program are identified, we clearly communicate recommendations, scope, and cost before proceeding. All add-on services are available to Safety Partners at 10% off our standard rates when Forward Safety provides the add-on service.

Not all add-on services are available from Forward Safety. We will recommend reputable companies to carry out the services we do not currently offer.

The monthly Safety Partner Program is focused on proactive risk management and ongoing support. The following services are available as add-ons and are scoped and priced separately:

Training Services

Employee or supervisor safety training, OSHA-required training (LOTO, fall protection, MEWPs, confined space), new-hire or refresher programs

Program Development

Creation of highly customized written safety programs, full re-writes or major program overhauls, and development of site-specific procedures

Note:  safety partners will have access to newly created programs as they are made.  Forward Safety reviews and updates programs on a regular basis to ensure partners have access to programs that are subject to continuous improvement.

Incident & Event Support

Incident or injury investigations, OSHA reportability determinations and reporting, root cause analysis and formal investigation reports

Audits, Assessments & Specialized Services

Comprehensive compliance audits, risk assessments, industrial hygiene monitoring, or other specialized services

Administrative & Documentation Services

OSHA log (300/300A/301) maintenance, recordkeeping management, vendor or contractor safety management

Simple, Transparent Pricing

Starting at $2,000 per month

 What That Gets You:

  • A fraction of the cost of a full-time safety manager (typically $80,000+ per year)
  • Consistent, professional safety oversight without the overhead
  • Flexibility to cancel anytime within the first 30 days if it's not a fit

Limited Capacity:
We intentionally limit the number of partner clients to ensure quality and consistency. We're currently accepting a maximum of 5 new Safety Partners to maintain hands-on attention and proactive support.
