I grew up on a farm, worked the production lines in cheese factories, and spent years in the trades. That’s where I learned what really drives safety and what gets people hurt.

It’s usually not carelessness. It’s the grind of keeping production moving, cutting corners to meet deadlines, or trying to get home on time. I’ve been there. I’ve seen it.

That’s why I started Forward Safety.

I’m a Certified Safety Professional, but I don’t come at this like a clipboard consultant. My job is to help people. Plain and simple.
