Why Fall Protection Matters

Proactive fall protection saves lives, protects your business, and keeps you compliant

Falls are one of the leading causes of workplace fatalities, and OSHA has made fall protection a top enforcement priority. The real cost of ignoring fall protection goes beyond citations and fines. A single fall can mean lost lives, broken trust, and lasting damage to your business.

When you invest in fall protection, you’re not just checking a compliance box—you’re protecting three critical things:

  • Your People – Every worker deserves to go home safe at the end of the day. Strong fall protection practices prevent injuries and save lives.

  • Your Business – OSHA penalties, workers’ comp claims, and liability costs can cripple a company. Proactive fall protection reduces risk and shields your bottom line.

  • Your Reputation – Clients, auditors, and insurers all notice when safety is handled correctly. A culture of safety builds trust and credibility in your industry.

Forward Safety helps you address all three. With our package, you’ll know you're compliant, protected, and positioned for long-term success.

Yes. Each service can be purchased on its own, but the bundled package is priced to save you money while also saving time. Instead of scheduling multiple projects over weeks, you get everything at a lower combined cost. Most clients find the package delivers the best value because it covers every OSHA/ANSI requirement in one streamlined process.

We’ll review your existing program, identify gaps, and update it to meet OSHA and ANSI requirements. Many clients come to us with a program in place, but it’s outdated, incomplete, or doesn’t hold up in the field. We make sure your documentation and practices are both compliant and practical.

Yes, the Forward Safety Fall Protection Package™ is designed to cover the essentials for most companies. The standard package includes:

  • One Authorized Employee Training session for up to 12 employees
  • One Fall Hazard Site Assessment covering a single building or facility
  •  Inspection of up to 20 pieces of fall protection PPE (harnesses, lanyards, SRLs, anchorage connectors)

If you need additional training sessions, hazard assessments for multiple sites, or expanded support, we can provide those services at an additional cost. This way, you only pay for what you truly need.

No. We inspect and document the condition of your existing fall protection equipment, but we don’t supply PPE. If deficiencies are found, we provide clear recommendations for repair or replacement and can make recommendations on new equipment.

All services are performed by a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and Certified 3M Fall Protection Trainer. You’ll work directly with an expert who has hands-on field experience, not a generic consultant.

Yes. While Forward Safety is based in Wisconsin, we serve companies across the Midwest. Travel and related expenses are billed separately.
